Here is what you need to know…


We are excited to announce that from 15th June we will be welcoming customers to once again shop instore.

The safety of both our customers and staff remains our highest priority. Therefore, we have been working hard to put measures in place to ensure an enjoyable but safe shopping experience for our customers.

Social distancing shopping

In following with the government’s social distancing guidelines, all customers must stay at least 2 metres apart (as highlighted by our social distancing floor markers).

We feel that to successfully achieve social distancing measures in the limited space that we have, only two customers will be allowed in store at one time. Equally, we will be implementing a one-way system for the same reason.

Further safety precautions

We ask that all customers use the hand sanitiser provided on entering the shop – even if you are wearing gloves.

We also encourage facial covering – all staff will be equipped with facial shields.

The counters will be surrounded by perspex screens to protect both staff and customers.

Please also note, we ask you not to handle shoes/bags. Instead, ask a member of staff, and they will assist you.

Additionally, if shoes have been tried on, but not purchased, or a customer return, they will go into quarantine for 72 hours.

Monday – Saturday 10am – 6pm

Sundays & Bank Holidays 11am – 5pm
