We are happy to exchange or refund any unworn footwear or unused accessories within 28 days of purchase with receipt. This includes sale and promotional items.

Return in store

You are welcome to return items in store free of charge. If purchased online, you will need your order number.

Return by post

We are a small independent business, and provide our customers with competitive priced footwear and bags. This means unfortunately that we do not pay return postage or provide a returns label.
