Our goal is to keep this website fresh and exciting. We create timely editorial to replace content that becomes out dated or out of season. We will move and expand portions of the site from time to time. We cannot guarantee that something you may have seen on a previous visit will still feature on our website when you visit again. We reserve the right to make changes to the website without prior notice.

Product display
We have made every effort to display the products featured as accurately as possible. However, the display capabilities of a computer monitor, may greatly affect the colours and textures you actually see on the screen. We cannot be held responsible for any variations of this and cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour, texture, or detail of merchandise will be as accurate as the actual product. Where colour match is vitally  important please contact us to see we can help with further photos and advice.

If we discover that a pricing error has been made, we reserve the right to suspend your order and contact you to ask whether you wish continue with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. We present our content ‘as is’ and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. Obviously if you feel there is some conflict as regards description or pricing please contact us before ordering.

If we have to cancel an order, you will not be charged.  We will not be held responsible for delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Pricing and Availability
All prices on the website include VAT where applicable. Sims Footwear VAT number is GB478705505.

Payment Options
We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment. If your credit card is rejected by our online payment processing systems, please double-check that all the details you entered on the website were correct. Your name and address details must match the card-holder address details held by your card issuer. If the problem persists, please contact your credit card provider.

Cancelling Your Order
Recently placed orders can be cancelled provided we have not dispatched your items. If we have dispatched your items, then we will not be able to stop the delivery process. You may, of course, return any goods you do not want, in accordance with our Returns Policy, but we will not be able to refund the outward postage costs.
